Bev, thank you for sharing your concern. Safety is of the upmost importance for our team and we have communicated our concerns with the bus company that was contracted for this trip. We will be making changes accordingly for future trips.

Bus broke down twice within the first six hours. Travelmation needs to reevaluate their system and standards regarding transportation. Safety should be top priority. Experience was good once at the venue.

MacArthur High School Disney Trip 

Excellent trip. Conference and CEUs were much worth the time spent. The accommodations on the cruise were very enjoyable.

The whole experience was absolutely amazing. We had just enough to do to keep us busy and having fun the whole time without being overwhelmed. The accommodations, food and amenities were fantastic. The planning of this adventure made it spectacular.

The trip was fun and seemed well organized. Our driver (Mark) was very friendly and got us there and back safely. The cost of the trip was pretty reasonable as it would have cost more to do it on your own.  The only thing that was a little irritating is we were bound by some kind of "rest" rule for the driver. So we could not get to the park opening at Magic Kingdom and that caused us to be very behind the large crowds that day. And then we had to be at the bus by 10pm (before the park closed) for the same rule.  Not sure if that is your fault or not but it did diminish the experience for me.  Otherwise, great job!

We had a wonderful time!!  Everything was scheduled and organized well.  Everything was smooth for all of our travelers.  Highly recommended!!

Dacula High School Chorus/Orch - Universal 2026

She had a great time. Great food great people the hotel wasn't the best the hotels water was salt water so couldn't wash hair or drink the water and the bathtub was dirty. But other than that everything else was great. Can't wait to do it again. 

My daughter went to Universal Orlando with her high school orchestra. The trip went smoothly and there were no issues. She had a wonderful time!

From start to finish, the trip was so well organized, and put together! 

Our bus driver was great and made sure we got there safely.

The facilities and organized schedule helped make the trip run so smoothly. 

I would highly recommend using this company for large group activities.

We had an amazing time at Disney World, and our Travel Agent Kim Eason was the absolute best.  Everything was thought out, planned and executed with expertise.  Whatever little hiccups occurred she handled like a pro and the kids and chaperones could not believe how much fun we had.  Our Disney Workshop was excellent and the kids could not believe that they spent 2 hours working and learning music to record in that short span.  Thank you for an awesome experience and I can't wait to return with our next group of 8th Grade musicians.

My daughter had a blast!  This was her first big trip away from us (other than a few with our church). It all went smoothly and was worth the cost. :)

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kim Eason and her coordination of our BCMS Disney trip. We have taken this trip many times over the years, and without question, this was the best experience we have ever had — and that is entirely due to Kim’s exceptional planning and leadership.

From start to finish, everything was absolutely top notch. Kim was organized, courteous, friendly, and incredibly flexible, ensuring every detail was handled seamlessly. Her professionalism and calm presence made the entire experience stress-free for our staff and students, allowing us to truly enjoy the trip.
